اين تحقيق به بررسي وتوصيف،‏ بررسي سبك رهبري ،‏توانايي ها ونحوه ي عملكرد مربيان فوتبال باشگاه هاي ليگ اول ودوم بزرگسالان كشور‹جام آزادگان›،‏پرداخته است.همچنين به دنبال بررسي وجود ارتباط معني داربين ويژگي هاي فردي ‹سن ،‏مدرك تحصيلي،‏درجه ي مربيگري ،‏سابقه ي مربيگري ،‏سابقه بازيگري ،‏تعدادكلاس هاي توجيهي گذرانده› با سبك رهبري ،‏توانايي ايجاد حالت سبكبالي ،‏توانايي رهبري ،‏توانايي برقراري ارتباط وانتقال مؤثر پيام به بازيكنان ونحوه ي عملكرد مربيان در مواجهه با مسائل ومشكلات موجود درحرفه ي مربيگري بوده است. جامعه ي آماري اين تحقيق ،‏برابر با نمونه ي آماري است وشامل مربيان فوتبال باشگاه هاي ليگ اول ودوم كشور ‹72 نفر› مي باشد.ابزار گرداوري اطلاعات چند پرسشنامه گوناگون ‹ويژگي هاي فردي ،‏ سبك رهبري ،‏توانايي ايجاد حالت سبكبالي ونشاط در بازيكنان،‏نحوه ي عملكرد در مواجهه با مسائل ومشكلات مربيگري ،‏توانايي برقراري ارتباط وانتقال مؤثر پيام›مي باشد كه ضرايب اعتبار وروايي آنها محاسبه گرديده وتاييد شده است.تجزيه وتحليل داده ها از طريق آمار توصيفي شامل شمارش فراواني ومحاسبه ي درصد فراواني وآمار استنباطي شامل آزمون آماري مجذور كاي وآزمون T بوده است. ​

This study investigates leadership styles, abilities, and the functional performance of football first and second adult league (Azadegan cup) coaches.
this study following a significant relationship between age, educational degree, coaching deree, coaching precedent, playing precedent, number of
justificatomtl classes with leadership style, ability regulating physic energy, communicaUonal ability and transfer of effective messages to players and functional
performance of coaches in coaching the existing problems in the coaching profession. Instruments were different questionnaires (personal charactristics.
leadership style, ability to regulate physic energy, Functional performance, and communicational coemcients were calculated and their Kronbakh coefficients were
found to be significant. Statistical popUlation is equal with statistical sample and consisted of aft tire footbaft first and second leages coaches (72). Analysis of data in
descriptive statistics consisted of frequency, percent of frequency, and infrential stati_tics consisted of chi square test and T -test. Results showed: Professional and
humanitical readership style of subjects was "modarate". Leadership ability in most of the subjects was "Weak & moderate". The ability to regulate physic energy and
happiness was "moderate & good". Their ability in communication and transferring effective message to players was "good".
